If you have never had formal management training, are new to management, don't think you are a good people-manager, often have staff issues, have high staff turnover or absenteeism, this programme is for you.

Communicate with Confidence is for people who want to learn how to bring out different communication styles to suit different contexts, including being able to handle conflict, be assertive, have a voice and be heard.   

 

STAND OUT is for those who want to be noticed and get ahead - perfect for people entering or relatively new to the workforce.

CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR
 
Designed for those who are serious about being a confident communicator in a wide variety of contexts. 

Learn to adapt your communication style to suit the needs of others, to be more assertive, to de-escalate conflict, and to be heard. 

 
This programme is a must for anyone who wants to thrive in the business world.

STAND OUT
 
If you are a bit shy, introverted, don't know what you want to do in life, aren't sure how to sell yourself at a job interview, or just need a confidence boost to venture out into something new, this programme is for you.
 
This programme is inspired by school and university leavers filled with the questions: what can I do, what do I have to offer an employer, how will I stand out from all the other candidates?
