Diversity in the workforce has increased significantly over the last few decades and it is likely to continue. Increased diversity in the workforce creates opportunities to explore difference and harness the benefits from new approaches to thinking, problem solving, and behaving. That’s assuming we understand it and how to work with it.
Diversity also comes with challenges; one of the biggest being an ability to understand and get on with others who are not the same as ourselves. Challenges at work are often a result of differences in terms of gender, generation, and culture.
This programme is designed to get participants to think about how to embrace and benefit from their diverse workforce.
