Change happens daily: a new manager, a new process, new technology, new customers, new strategies, new employers, a new building; the list goes on. The result is that staff are always being asked to behave differently to accommodate these changes. Sometimes changes are welcomed and adopted, but many times they are not.
The Planning for and Managing Change programme is designed for anyone in a position of designing or implementing change within their organisation. Participants will learn how to plan for change to minimise resistance and to make the transition a better experience for those involved in it.
