A client recommended a book called 'Healthy Thinking' by Dr Tom Mulholland and as it turned out I had just finished a book and was looking for something else to read. Although I've just started one phrase resonated and already I've told three people (day 1): "90% of what we worry about doesn't happen."
So my goal for the week is to worry less.
In terms of worry, apparently those people who think that stress is bad for their health are more likely to have cardiac events than those who don't think stress is bad for their health. The researchers concluded that stress wasn't the problem, it was thinking about it that was!
Healthy thinking. Worry less.
